Anyone know IF this unit can be flashed?  From the spec page, it has the right memory requirements but ...

A friend and I flashed a '54G and a 54GL this week and they do talk to each other.  We are trying to get HSMM-MESH going before hurricane season at Myrtle Beach.

Hope others join in the effort.  We did a demo last Sat and there is interest.

This unit is based on a Realtek chip, not a Broadcom chip. Currently HSMM-MESH firmware only runs on select versions of the Broadcom based WRT54G models. So although the system can have new firmware loaded, it is not supported by HSMM-MESH(tm) firmware at this time. -Glenn KD5MFW

Thanks Glen for the info.   I'll hang on to this one for possible future use.
